- Discussion of March 3, 2008 PIR day (included in the PIR day resport) (VOTE)
- Region III Resource Partners professional development grant report:
Jerry participated in a conference call to set an agenda for an October 1 meeting which will be held from 9 - 4 in the Lewis and Clark room of the MSU-Billings SUB. Jerry will attend but others are welcome to join him for the meeting. Al McMilin will go over the grant and its purpose and the group will discuss goals, objectives, and personnel.

- Report on September 19 I Analyze training in Helena (Gail)
- Upcoming dates: September 25 ACE New Member workshop, October 4 Guidance curriculum review, January 17 grades 5 – 7 Language Arts review, February 28 grades 9 – 12 Language Arts review, March 3 ACE PIR day.
- Other meetings might include a board retreat to review and set goals, a superintendent and/or principal meeting to share and review how ACE materials are being used, and specific subject area gatherings where teachers could share what they are doing and how they use ACE materials.
- Next ACE board meeting will be on October 31 at 9:00 AM in the Billings Hotel and Convention Center
