August 29, 2007 ACE Board Meeting

- Call to order, introduction of guests
- Approval of May 30, 2007 minutes

- A.C.E. 2007 – 2008 Board directory (attached). Please make any corrections. Deani will be present to update photos.
- September 10, 2007 PIR
Scheduled at the Billings Hotel and Convention Center with Bea McGarvey. Bea will do the whole day. The ACE board voted to charge $15 registration fee to help with the expenses. Right now we have Bea scheduled to return on March 3, 2008. The ACE survey indicates that 526 will be attending that workshop. Calls will be made to try to get a final number.
- September 10th Bus Driver Training …
Dave Piel from Shepherd will once again set up the training. The ACE board voted to charge a registration fee of $15. The ACE survey indicates that 61 will attend the training. Calls will be made to get a final number.
- A.C.E. web site. Deani will see if there are any suggestions / corrections.
- Al McMilin and Marsha Sampson … information on Region III Resource Partners professional development grant.
- Letter of support for Montana Consortiium for Educational Advancement Tech Prep in Montana. (attached)
- Odysseyware would like to come to the next board meeting and visit about their project. (attached).
- Set next board meeting … (I will be gone on Sept. 29 to a county superintendent meeting in Great Falls.)
